The penthouse is very nice and love the theme, but at that price I'd expect a balcony with a pool.

Who actually owns the land

Hate to say this, but the kitchen needs an overhead exhaust hood (with fan and ductwork to outside). And the kitchen needs a restaurant quality wok, stand up freezer, dishwasher, deep fryer/with light warmer, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, under the sink reverse osmosis water purification system and plenty of counter top space for additional small appliances. Now your cooking. Oops, almost forgot, you need a Halon fire-suppression system over the gas stove and wok.

nice job as always but the lay out made me think, so when it rains, it would be a hassle going to and from the bedrooms and the kitchen and living rooms as you will get wet without an umbrella 😅 but then going to and from the elevator still might get you wet haha

I'm confused about the pool area. Is there two pools or is that a roof, it looks like it has a rooftop pool but doesn't have access which can't be possible so I thought it was a roof but it looks like a pool? are my eyes playing tricks can someone explain, please.

Every single section of the villa is gorgeous, but the separation makes it impractical, especially having to go outside to access the living room, kitchen areas. It's somewhat ok on sunny days, but the impracticality of this design would be especially highlighted on rainy days. The separation would also be a hassle for families with younger kids and communication between the different sections is impossible. Also, what's with Thai designers' penchant for glass enclosed water closets? They could at least make them opaque. I don't think there are that many people with the fetish for watching others do their business.

I guess if you have to ask the price, you cannot afford it.

The villa looks outdated for some reason. The view is spectacular!!! Rating this property 6 out of 10 !! So many things that need changing. Rooms for the master especially!! Great video as always 👍🏻❤️

I love all these beautiful homes but the weather there is usually 90 degrees and lowest is 77 so it’s always hot 🥵 and super humid if it wasn’t so hot I’d move😂

Finally. I always wanted to see this one (hope youll make a vid of the cascade villa as well). Its very nice but also strange, 10 mil usd but I dont see a jacuzzi or a wine storage space nor a bbq area? Surely you would want at least a bbq near the pool in a 10 mil villa? Also hope its possible to rebuild it, kitchen and living room should be joined together as one large room if the owner wanted it to. 12:04 and 13:07 those stairs are open to the sky, when it pours outside the rain must turn those stairs into a waterfall, is there a drainage there or will the waterfall flood the kitchen? 13:17 ah now I see the drainage. Nice! Ah you mention the rooms can be connected, awesome! The development right next to this one is kind of in much greater need of this :P

No question, this is a beautiful home. But I really detest the open thai layout. I prefer all my rooms to be connected within one building. Why go outside when you want to walk into another room within your home, especially in a hot and inconvenient climate like you will find in Thailand. If you can affotd a villa like this you might want to stay inside during daytime and just go outside when all the sweaty air gets blown away by the evening breeze. It makes no sense to me to disconnect the different areas. It does not feel like a home but rather like a hotel. A beautiful but useless place to me - if I ever could afford it.

Such a beautiful home! Those dramatic center stairs looking out over those breathtaking sea views as you descend are amazing. And a breakfast bar for 3 in my bedroom? *_Yes,_** please!* So, so seductive. But my favorite part is the spa. It is very well thought out and looks incredibly serene.
